Baltic Institute of Advanced Technology (BPTI) is a private, high-quality research-oriented institute. We are driven by our mission to create value by providing R&D services for global security. BPTI core competencies in terms of research and innovations lie in RF design, RF components for radar, EW, and communication systems, applications of machine learning and AI. In the area of RF design - BPTI can design, or co-simulate RF front ends, transmit/receive modules, RF MMIC components as well as perform MMIC package modelling, RF board design and perform ad hoc simulations tailored for jammers, active decoy, RWR and other systems.
CAFA Tech is an Estonian defence and robotics company developing air-defence radar and electronic warfare technologies, energy solutions for UxVs, and communication systems for UAV and UGV control based on both 5G and satcom modems. The company is currently involved in eight European Defence Fund (EDF) projects, covering radar and EW systems, energy solutions for UxVs, and 5G communication solutions. CAFA Tech maintains close cooperation with Ukrainian units, with its Tethered Repeater Carrier Drone System currently in operational use in Ukraine.
The Radar and Surveillance Systems (RaSS) is a National Laboratory of the National Interuniversity Consortium for Telecommunications (CNIT). CNIT is a no-profit consortium, established in 1995, bringing together 42 public Italian universities to perform research, innovation and education/training activities in the field of the Information and Communication Technology. The CNIT RaSS National Laboratory carries out its research and technological transfer activities in the field of radar systems, applied electromagnetism, remote sensing, telecommunication, signal processing and sensors network security. CNIT operates 50 Research Units, one for each member university, plus eight National Laboratories, of which RaSS is one of them.

The institute integrates hardware and software within common architectures and interfaces, supporting future defence systems and providing innovative, high-value components to governments and the defence industry to support the sovereignty of Germany and Europe.
HENSOLDT is a leading company in the European defence industry with a global reach. Based in Taufkirchen near Munich, the company develops sensor solutions for defence and security applications. As a system integrator, HENSOLDT offers platform-independent, networked sensors. At the same time, the company is driving forward the development of defence electronics and optronics as a technology leader and investing in new solutions based on software-defined defence. In addition, the company is expanding its range of offers to include new service models and is extending its portfolio of system solutions. In 2025, HENSOLDT achieved a turnover of 2,455 million euros. Following the acquisition of ESG GmbH, the company employs around 9,500 people.
